This is the last house on a dead-end road abutting over 200 acres of woods and trails (also a pond and tennis courts). The master bedroom has a king bed; the other bedroom has two twin beds; sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels are included. Crib available upon request. The apartment features a private entrance, full kitchen (stocked with non-perishable staples), full bath, living room, wireless internet, cable TV, washer/dryer, and deck with a view of the yard and the woods beyond.

Greenfield, MA is at the intersection of Interstate 91 and Route 2, about 3 hours north of NYC, 2 hours west of Boston, 2 hours east of Albany, and an hour north of the Hartford/Springfield (BDL) airport. The apartment is close to many attractions, businesses, and schools:

The apartment is not wheelchair-accessible (it's one flight up). It is reasonably child/baby-friendly. Those who stay at this apartment agree not to smoke inside or nearby-outside, nor to make party-level noise (normal conversation, TV-watching, or music-listening is fine).
